- Therapists and clinics joining our network: name, business and contact details, profession and registration details.
- Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To call you back and understand what support you need.
- To match you with a suitable therapist in our network.
- To respond to therapists and clinics who want to join our network.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share referral details only with the therapist or clinic who may provide the support. For NDIA-managed participants, we also share them with Active Help Pty Ltd, the registered provider responsible for those supports. We do not sell personal information. Our email provider may store data outside Australia, and we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
