NDIS funding

Works with every way you manage your plan.

Self-managed

Your therapist invoices you, and you claim from your NDIS funding.

Plan-managed

Invoices go straight to your plan manager. Just tell us who they are.

NDIA-managed*

These participants need a registered provider, so supports are delivered and claimed through our registered partner. Nothing extra for you to do.

*MyCare Plus is not a registered NDIS provider. For NDIA-managed participants, supports are delivered by our partner therapists as subcontractors of Active Help Pty Ltd, Registered NDIS Provider No. 4050027031. Active Help signs the service agreement with you and claims from the NDIA.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does therapy cost?

Our therapists charge within the NDIS price limits, so sessions are paid from your NDIS plan. We'll confirm the price, any travel and any report costs before you start, in a written service agreement.

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes. Tell us what matters to you, such as language, gender, experience with children or adults, or home visits. You can ask for a different therapist at any time, subject to availability.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can refer yourself, or a family member, support coordinator or plan manager can refer you. You'll need NDIS funding for the therapy in your plan.

What if you don't cover my area?

We'll tell you straight away and, where we can, suggest other options. Our network is growing, so it's always worth asking.

Is MyCare Plus a registered NDIS provider?

No. MyCare Plus connects you with therapists. For NDIA-managed participants, supports are delivered and claimed through our registered partner, Active Help Pty Ltd (Registered NDIS Provider No. 4050027031).
