NDIA-managed participants
NDIA-managed participants can only use registered providers. Their supports are delivered and claimed through our registered partner, Active Help Pty Ltd (Registered NDIS Provider No. 4050027031), so you can refer them in the same way.
How it works
- You send the referral using the form on our homepage.
- We check availability near the participant and give you an honest answer on timing.
- We introduce the therapist and confirm costs in a written service agreement before the first session.
- We keep you updated until the first session is booked.
